SmartDepot Warehouse Application Regulations

1. General Provisions

1.1. These regulations define the rules for using the SmartDepot warehouse application (hereinafter: "Application").

1.2. Using the Application is equivalent to accepting these regulations.

1.3. The user undertakes to use the Application in accordance with applicable law, principles of social coexistence, and the provisions of these regulations.

2. Definitions

2.1. User – a natural or legal person using the Application.

2.2. Administrator – the owner of the Application.

3. Terms of Use of the Application

3.1. The Application is available to Users who have a user account.

3.2. Registration in the Application requires providing a real name, surname, and email address, as well as accepting the regulations.

3.3. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login data and is obliged not to share them with third parties.

4. User Rights and Obligations

4.1. The user has the right to use the Application according to its intended purpose.

4.2. The user undertakes not to take actions that could disrupt the functioning of the Application.

5. Administrator Rights and Obligations

5.1. The administrator undertakes to ensure the highest quality of the Application's operation.

5.2. The administrator reserves the right to interrupt the provision of services in the Application for maintenance or other important reasons.

5.3. The administrator is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the Application by the User.

5.4. The administrator has the right to make changes to the Application and to introduce fees for using the Application in the future. Users will be informed of any changes regarding the introduction of fees in advance.

6. Warranty

6.1. The SmartDepot application is provided "as is". The administrator does not provide any warranties regarding its operation, accuracy, reliability, or availability.

7. Changes to the Regulations

7.1. The administrator reserves the right to change the regulations. Users will be informed of any changes on the Application's website.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of the generally applicable law in the territory of Poland apply.

SmartDepot Warehouse Application Privacy Policy

1. General Information

1.1. This privacy policy defines the rules for processing the personal data of Application Users.

1.2. The administrator is responsible for ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

2. Scope of Collected Data

2.1. The administrator collects personal data such as: name, surname, email address.

2.2. The administrator also collects data on warehouses, products, packaging, warehouse receipts and issues, and warehouse status.

2.3. The administrator may also process other data if it is necessary to use the Application.

3. Purposes of Data Processing

3.1. Personal data is processed for the purpose of:

a) providing services available in the Application,

b) managing the user account,

c) contacting the User,

d) fulfilling legal obligations imposed on the Administrator,

e) analyzing and optimizing warehouse management.

4.1. Personal data is processed based on the User's consent and in connection with the necessity to perform the contract.

5. User Rights

5.1. The user has the right to:

a) access their personal data,

b) rectify their personal data,

c) delete their personal data,

d) restrict the processing of their personal data,

f) object to the processing of their personal data.
